Hobbies
Doing your favorite hobbies such as listening to music and drawing can be really good outlets to relieve things like stress and anxiety is one of my favorite ways to help me when I get stressed or anxious.
Fiendship
Hanging out with friend who is accepting and will listen to you when you need to talk to them can be a really good way of coping with stuff. Talking to people is always a really good thing.
Physical Activity
Exercising is a really good way to cope with things because it gets the heart rate up and when that happens your body releases endorphins.

Mental Health Continuum
A continuum is something that keeps on going, changing slowly over time for example the four seasons.
The continuum model is a way of telling the condition your mental health and the actions to take at each stage.
